DNA copy number data analysis

Bioconductor version: 3.11

Implements the circular binary segmentation (CBS) algorithm to segment DNA copy number data and identify genomic regions with abnormal copy number.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("DNAcopy")
