Statistical Analysis of Metabolomic Data

Bioconductor version: 3.15

The MAIT package contains functions to perform end-to-end statistical analysis of LC/MS Metabolomic Data. Special emphasis is put on peak annotation and in modular function design of the functions.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.2") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("MAIT")
