Pathway Analysis

Bioconductor version: 3.17

Conducts pathway analysis by calculating the NT_k and NE_k statistics as described in Tian et al. (2005)

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("sigPathway")
