Affinity test for identifying regulatory SNPs

atSNP performs affinity tests of motif matches with the SNP or the reference genomes and SNP-led changes in motif matches.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("atSNP")
