Cloud-enabled cis-eQTL searches with Bioconductor GGtools 5.x

This workflow focuses on searches for eQTL in cis, so that DNA variants local to the gene assayed for expression are tested for association.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("eQTL")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
